We process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and handle your enquiries. This page explains which data that is, why we need it and what rights you have.

2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany, on servers in Germany. We have a data processing agreement with STRATO pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Each time a page is requested, the server records your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This data is used only to keep the website secure and stable, is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies for visitors. We use no analytics or advertising services. Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google or any other provider.

4. Contact form and enquiries

When you write to us via the contact form, we process the information you provide: your name, e-mail address, where given your company, and your message. The same applies if you contact us directly by e-mail or phone.

We use this data to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and carry out a project or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general messages the legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your message is stored on the web server and sent to us by e-mail. On the website it is deleted automatically after 24 months. If a business relationship results, we keep the necessary records for as long as the law requires (generally seven years under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code). We never share your data for advertising purposes.

The form is protected against spam by an invisible check field; no data is sent to third parties for this.

5. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your e-mail address. Your sign-up only becomes effective once you click the link in our confirmation e-mail (double opt-in). We keep the time of sign-up and confirmation as proof. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after seven days.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 174 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to us; we will then delete your address. E-mails are sent from our own server without an external newsletter service.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Simply write to us at innovation@monsieursky.com.

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
