My focus is on connecting the operator’s vision with park strategy, technical feasibility, and manufacturer execution — ensuring that every decision serves both the guest experience and the business case. I am typically involved from an early stage, helping define the right ride type, layout, and scale for a specific site, audience, and budget. The result is a clear, well-aligned concept that can be executed efficiently and operated reliably.
